Ophélie COCQUYT (°1976) graduated in Law at the Universiteit Gent (major: commercial and business law) (1999). She also holds an LL.M. degree in European and Comparative Law from the University of Maastricht (2000).
She was admitted to the Brussels Bar and joined Janson Baugniet in 2000. She specialised in private banking law, commercial law and company law. She both advises clients and represents them before the courts.
