Nathalie DEFOSSE (1976) graduated in Law at the Université catholique de Louvain (1998) and was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2000.
She mainly practises in the field of liability and torts, damage compensation, insurance law and contract law.
Within this framework, she especially acquired skills in dealing with cases involving professional liability (doctors and other professionals from the health care industry, constructors, banks, insurance companies, journalists, organisers of sport events, etc.).
She is fluent in French and Spanish, and has got a good passive knowledge of Dutch and English.
