Janson Baugniet

Stine DELAEY (°1980) graduated in law from the KULeuven in 2003. She holds a special degree in corporate finance from the same university (2006).

She has been working as an assistant in private law at the KULeuven from 2003 until 2005 and, afterwards, at the HUB-KUBrussel. On 23 November 2009, she obtained her PhD from the HUB-KUBrussel on a thesis concerning portfolio management. Since 2009, she has been teaching at the postgraduate programme on financial law, which has been set up by the real estate and financial law study centre.

Stine Delaey joined Janson Baugniet in November 2010 as a lawyer. She focuses on banking and financial law, and more particularly on liability law and the regulation of financial services (MiFID, UCITS, etc.).
