Laurence Hage (1974) has many years of experience as attorney-at-law.
Laurence has a broad experience in administrative law, commercial law and Contract law. Her main area of practice includes the liberalization of the electricity and gas markets in Belgium and in Luxemburg on the federal and regional level. In all these domains, Laurence may find solutions and advise clients in different fields : the administrative procedures, contacts with the authorities, drafting and negociating contracts, commercial strategy, etc. Laurence has also an extensive experience in editing laws and decrees. She advices public entities(federal and regional governments and administrations, private companies (big and small-sized) and private persons in their projects". She is acting before Belgian civil, commercial and administrative courts.
Laurence is a regular speaker at conferences and she is the author of numerous articles and books in the area of the energy markets. She has a Law Degree from the Katholieke Universiteit of Leuven (KUL) and worked and studied in Germany (Georg-August Universität Göttingen). She is Member of the Flemish Brussels Bar since 1999.
Laurence speaks French, Dutch, English and German. She has also basic knowledge of Spanish.
