Hoogstoel, Tamara
Tamara HOOGSTOEL (1980) graduated in Law at the Université libre de Bruxelles (2003). She joined Janson Baugniet in November 2006.
She mainly practises commercial law and company law.
Since 2006, she is also assistant to the Centre of Private Law of the Université libre de Bruxelles.
She published in April 2008 a comment about a company law case (compulsory purchase of securities by a shareholder), in the legal journal Droit des affaires/Ondernemingsrecht.
