Janson Baugniet

Janson Baugniet (1950) is a multidisciplinary and multilingual law firm, currently having 26 partners and nearly 50 associates, most of whom have added an LL.M. or another university degree to their degree in Law, either in Belgium or abroad.

Throughout its expansion, Janson Baugniet remained independent from other national or international law firms. The firm keeps up structured contacts with other independent law firm abroad.

Most of the partners and senior associates are in charge of teaching duties in universities or elsewhere, or are members of editorial boards of one or several legal journals.

The firm expanded its offer of legal services to all the fields of Law relating to economic activities. The firm’s clients belong to all the sectors of the Economy, such as energy, real estate, communication, finance, car industry, environment, health, etc.

The firm assists Belgian and foreign clients, companies or natural persons, as well as public authorities, foundations and non-profit associations.
