Castiaux, Delphine
Delphine Castiaux graduated in law (Université catholique de Louvain - U.C.L.) and obtained an LL.M. in labour law (Université Libre de Bruxelles - U.L.B.).
Admitted to the Nivelles Bar in 1999, she rapidly managed to focus on advising, assisting in negotiation and representing clients before the courts in individual (entering into, performance and termination of labour contracts, end of career, social status, ...) and in collective (restructuring, collective redundancy, procedures and competent bodies in social dialogue, ...) labour law issues.
She published several papers in that field, one of which is dedicated to the disciplinary power of the employer.
She regularly chairs seminars on practical issues and is a member of the editorial board of the legal journal "Chronique de droit social".
