Dalle, Marc
Marc Dalle has been practising as an attorney-at-law since 1986 and has from the beginning put a lot into mergers and acquisitions (M&A), either under the form of share deals or asset deals. He advises sellers as well purchasers. He regularly organises data rooms, legal due diligences and drafts and negotiates transfer agreements.
He also gained a large experience in several types of contracts, organising the internal and external structure of companies: shareholders agreements (especially puts and calls), investment contracts, joint ventures, managing contracts, etc. Marc advises several multinational groups in the corporate housekeeping of their Belgian affiliates and restructuring.
His expertise also covers corporate financing, either with credit banking and the usual securities or with venture capital and private equity.
Marc Dalle is fluent in Dutch, French and English.
