Frédéric Fosseur specialised in tax law.
He advises clients and represents them before the courts in cases connected with direct tax issues (income tax, corporation tax, tax on non-residents) and indirect tax (V.A.T., registration fees and inheritance tax).
He also gained experience in criminal financial law, custom tax and the non-profit sector.
Frédéric Fosseur graduated in law and in public and international affairs (Université Catholique de Louvain - U.C.L.). He also attended the lectures in tax law at the Ecole supérieure des sciences fiscales (Brussels).
He regularly lectures on topical tax law matters.
