Thierry Lagneaux advises and represents companies and natural persons in the area of commercial and civil contracts, for most of the economy's sectors.
He assists his clients in negotiating and drafting major commercial sale and distribution contracts (sales, agency, sales concession, franchising) and represents them before the courts or arbitrators.
He also assists his clients in expansion projects (companies, commercial issues, real estate) and establishment abroad (network and partnership), as well as in their restructuring strategies (insolvency issues, directors' liability and criminal business law).
Thierry Lagneaux is an expert to the Walloon Export Academy (W.E.A.) and a member of the editorial board of the journal L'Exportateur.
He regularly takes part to conferences and seminars, publishes papers and gives lectures to companies and professionals.
