Pardon, Jean-Nicolas
Jean-Nicolas Pardon specialised in construction law, both in the areas of private contracts and public procurement.
He assists clients in drafting and negotiating various contracts (works contract, architecture contracts, design offices, specifications) as well as in any litigation or dispute connected with the performance of these contracts.
He handled public procurement cases relating to the performance stage.
His expertise includes lease agreements and common ownership, where he is regularly consulted by deputies of building owners (syndics d'immeubles), and also covers servitude and joint ownership issues.
Jean-Nicolas Pardon is a member of Belgium's National Board of Architect Experts (Collège national des experts architectes de Belgique). He has published several papers on construction law issues.
