He advises clients and represents them before the courts (claim compensation, litigation between the owner and building companies or between the latter and subcontractors, provisional and final acceptance of works, ten-year guaranty, etc.) as well as before the Council of State (Conseil d'Etat - highest administrative court in Belgium) (annulment and suspension procedures) and arbitrators.
