Lindsay Van Linthout obtained her Master's degree in Law at the Catholic University of Louvain in 2020 (magna cum laude) and joined Janson the same year.
As part of her Master's degree, she specialised in liability law and insurance law and wrote her thesis in this field: « Is insurance interest an essential element of the insurance contract? Belgian law and beyond ».
Lindsay focuses therefore naturally on liability and insurance law, as well as on construction law.
