Yves SACREAS (° 1977) was admitted to the Brussels Bar since October 2006. Before then, he used to work as an assistant to the Institute for Constitutional Law at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.

He practises public law in the broad sense, in particular administrative law, country and city planning, environmental law and criminal law.

He both advises clients and represents them before the courts in the above mentioned fields of the law. Yves Sacreas also regularly represents clients before the Council of State (Highest administrative court) and the Constitutional Court.

He enjoys a wide experience in oral arguments and even represented Belgium as a student in taking part to the Philip C. Jessup. International Law Moot Court Competition (Washington D.C., U.S.A.).He also published various papers in legal journals (such as: "De ondergeschikte besturen: een stand van zaken", T.B.P., 2004, 67-84) and also opinions in newspapers (such as: "De politieke verantwoordelijkheid van Daems in het Sabena-dossier", published in the Financieel Economische Tijd of 5th February 2003).
