Associate Lawyer – Commercial, M&A and Corporate Law

Janson is looking for an associate lawyer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join either its Brussels or Ghent office, with a particular interest in Commercial Law and Company Law.

The passionate candidate has distinguished himself/herself several times during his/her studies and demonstrates a good ability to work in a team. He/she/x will be mentored by more experienced lawyers and enjoy ongoing training in challenging cases.

Your profile

• You hold a Belgian Master’s degree in law (with excellent academic results);

• You are fluent in French, Dutch and English;

• You have at least 2 years of experience in commercial and corporate law;

• You are pragmatic and results-oriented;

• You have strong communication and writing skills;

• You are a team player and show flexibility.
