Management Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (Part-Time)

Location: Brussels

Schedule: Part-time – 3 days per week

We are a leading law firm based in Brussels, Ghent, Mons and Kigali (Rwanda) with a team of more than 100 lawyers. To support our continued growth and transformation, we are recruiting a Management Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Your role

Working closely with the COO, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of strategic and operational processes across the firm.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Supporting the COO in the day-to-day implementation and follow-up of the firm’s processes and projects (internal organization, operational efficiency, IT systems);

· Preparing, coordinating and following up on administrative files and decisions taken by the firm’s Management Committee;

· Drafting, coordinating and circulating the firm’s internal communications;

· Providing administrative and logistical support for the organization of internal and external events;

· Managing user accounts and internal databases;

· Handling the administrative organization of language courses for team members;

· Coordinating the administrative aspects of (IT) training sessions.

Your profile

· Proven experience as a Management Assistant or similar role, ideally in a professional services environment;

· Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities;

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, French and English;

· Comfortable working with IT tools and eager to support digital and organizational transformation;

· Proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of confidentiality;

· Able to work autonomously while collaborating closely with the COO and other members of senior management.
