(NL) Junior Associate Dispute Resolution

For its Ghent office, Janson is looking for a junior associate (m/f/x) with excellent academic results. You will work within the dispute resolution team which is highly ranked in all international legal guides.

She/he/x can join a dynamic and experienced team where, in addition to high-quality service, a sense of entrepreneurship, flexibility, autonomy and team spirit are highly valued. She/he/x will be coached and supervised by more experienced lawyers who are experts in their fields. Advisory work with Belgian and international financial institutions will all be part of your day-to-day.

Profile

·         You hold a Belgian Master’s degree in law (with excellent grades). A complementary Master’s degree is a plus;

·         You have a strong interest in dispute resolution;

·         You have a practical and solution-oriented mindset combined with high standards of work quality; 

·         You have excellent communication skills and a fluent pen;

·         You are a flexible team player; and

·         You are a native Dutch speaker, with excellent knowledge of English and French.
