Janson represents corporations in all areas of antitrust and competition, in particular, in highly regulated industries (cartel, state aid, abuse of dominance and control of concentrations).

Beyond competition, our team advises on how to take advantage of the Internal Market – and its four fundamental freedoms-, and to navigate through the myriad EU regulatory regimes applicable to their particular industry.

In a fast changing geo-political environment, we also counsel on the various rules controlling foreign investments and subsidies in the EU, together with other trade masures such as the EU sanctions against specific third countries.
