Dominique Lagasse

Dominique is part of Janson's Administrative and Public Law Department. He has more than forty years of experience in administrative real estate law, including expropriation law, environmental law, road law, public procurement law, as well as constitutional and civil service law.

 
 

Dominique specialises in all matters related to administrative and public law, particularly in country planning and environmental law. 

He also has significant experience in Council of State  litigation and court litigation involving liability cases of public authorities. 

Dominique taught administrative real estate law at the University of Brussels (ULB) where he was a professor until 2021. He also taught administrative litigation law at the University of Liège (ULg) in 1998-1999 and 1999-2000.
