For over 20 years, David has been practicing law at Janson where he became partner in 2012. Aside from litigation work, he advises his clients in regulatory finance and developed a substantial expertise in crowdfunding, a field in which he authored major publications.

His experience in the US (in the State of New York in 1994-1995 as an exchange student and his Master of Laws from Northwestern University in Chicago in 2000-2001) enables him to provide his clients with a full range of legal services in English.

Assistant Professor at the Brussels University in the fields of civil obligations and contract law between 2006 and 2010, David is now a fellow at the business law Unit of the Center of private law of the Brussels University Law School since 2011.
