Emmanuelle Bouillon

Emmanuelle is a Partner and head of Janson’s Insolvency practice. She has significant experience in restructuring, bankruptcy and judicial liquidation proceedings. Emmanuelle is also a Court designated bankruptcy trustee.

 
 

Emmanuelle has over 20 years of experience in insolvency matters and focuses her practice on assisting clients with respect to their defense in bankruptcy and judicial reorganization proceedings.  

She also enjoys in depth expertise within the framework of voluntary or judicial liquidation of corporations. 

Emmanuelle is a lecturer at ICHEC since September 2018 and teaches bankruptcy and distressed business law.  

She works mainly in French.
