Our firm handles all matters relating to both labor law and social security law.  Individual labor law and collective labor relations are the core activities of our Employment practice. Our lawyers also have extensive experience in the cross border dimension of these two complementary fields.

We deal with the restructuring of corporations, whether through conventional transfer or otherwise (i.e. transfers, mergers, divisions and collective layoffs).  Janson’s expertise also relates to social security regulation matters such as proceedings regarding collective regulation and closure of corporations, as well as the occasional bankruptcy of major groups.

Our lawyers are seasoned litigators with respect to disputes on the performance and termination of employment contracts.

Janson also manages all legal aspects relating to medicine, hospitals and healthcare professionals.

It should be noted that we are regularly consulted to give trainings to the Human Resources departments of corporations.
