France is a partner in our Banking & Finance practice. She is highly regarded in matters relating to finance/corporate finance and M&A and has over 35 years experience.
Practicing at the Brussels and Paris Bar for over 35 years, France has acquired significant experience for domestic and foreign clients.
Her expertise in financial law extends from corporate finance, acquisition finance to commodity finance and M&A. She also assists clients in both regulatory finance and regulatory insurance.
France has been teaching assistant at the University of Brussels and she is deputy judge at the Court of appeal of Mons (Belgium).
She is fluent in French and English.
