Guillaume Bouton

Guillaume focuses his practice on dispute resolution and on restructuring and insolvency proceedings.

 
 

Guillaume Bouton began his career in 2016, working in the global disputes department of an international law firm in Brussels. He joined Janson in August 2021 and became counsel in January 2025.

Guillaume has significant experience in commercial and corporate litigation. At Janson, he developed extensive knowledge in litigation related to restructuring and insolvency proceedings. In this context, he assists clients by building corporate structures tailored to their operational needs and securing their continuity through effective management of liabilities. His expertise is particularly strong when working with companies that have complex structures and need assistance navigating structural and financial challenges.

He holds a master's degree in law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (2015) and an additional master's degree in tax law (2016). Since 2024, he has been pursuing an executive education program in corporate finance at Vlerick Business School.

Guillaume practices in French and English and has a good command of Dutch.
