Our Insurance & Liability practice is consulted by insured, insurers and insurance brokers for general insurance and liability management, risk mitigation, pre-litigation advice and representation before courts and arbitral tribunals in insurance (including credit insurance) and liability matters.

 Academic & scientific work.

 
  • Paul-Henry Delvaux has spent most of his career as a professor at the Université Catholique de Louvain (from 1975 to 2004).

  • Martine Berwette is lecturer at the University of Mons and professor at the Brussels Bar.
