Jean-Nicolas Pardon
Jean-Nicolas heads Janson’s Real Estate practice and specializes in construction law for private and public clients.
Jean-Nicolas has a broad experience in the negotiation and drafting process of all real estate related agreements. He also regularly deals with the ins and outs of real estate tenders.
Jean-Nicolas is a renowned real estate litigator and also deals with all matters related to lease and co-ownership.
Jean-Nicolas specialises in construction, lease and co-ownership law and more generally in contract law.
He is mediator accredited by the Federal Mediation Commission, dealing with civil and commercial mediation matters.
Jean-Nicolas also practices arbitration and conciliation. He is a member of the chamber of conciliation (CCAI).
Jean-Nicolas teaches judicial law to trainee lawyers allowing them to obtain their Bar accreditation (CAPA, Cours d'aptitude à la profession d'avocat) and is a member of the legal commission of the Confédération Construction.
He mainly works in French.
