Johan Kerremans
Johan is the head of Janson's employment law department. He is specialized in national and international labour law. His pragmatic approach and personal commitment are widely respected.
Johan has more than 30 years of experience and is specialized in international labour law, including immigration, posting of workers and subcontracting. He also deals with special categories of workers (sportsmen and sportswomen, healthcare professionals, protected workers).
He assists and defends foreign and Belgian companies in various fields of employment law (e.g. recruitment, dismissals, employee benefits, well-being at work, privacy) and collective labour law (transfer of undertakings, outsourcing, collective dismissal, etc.).
Johan is also an affiliated researcher in labour law at the University of Antwerp and the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
He works in Dutch, French and English.
