Julie Van Landschoot
Since her admission to the bar in 2016, Julie has been working in the fields of commercial and criminal litigation with particular expertise in corporate criminal and financial criminal law. Additionally, she has extensive experience in confiscation law, both in civil and criminal matters.

Representing the former CEO of a bankrupt listed company in his defense against the FSMA, the public prosecutor and other stakeholders;
Representing a former director of a bankrupt stock broker, which collapsed after a severe prudential control in a criminal investigation and civil proceedings resulting from investor losses claims, directors liability claims and freezing orders;
Assisting a client and his company in petitioning for removal from the OFAC Sanctions List and the BIS Entity List;
Strengthening an energy conglomerate’s position in an arbitration proceeding against a foreign state by securing asset attachments in Belgium;
Representing a tech company in criminal and civil proceedings against a former employee accused of computer crimes;
Representing a major Belgian leasing company as a civil claimant in criminal proceedings regarding a million-dollar fraud with state subventions;
