• Representing the former CEO of a bankrupt listed company in his defense against the FSMA, the public prosecutor and other stakeholders;

• Representing a former director of a bankrupt stock broker, which collapsed after a severe prudential control in a criminal investigation and civil proceedings resulting from investor losses claims, directors liability claims and freezing orders;

• Assisting a client and his company in petitioning for removal from the OFAC Sanctions List and the BIS Entity List;

• Strengthening an energy conglomerate’s position in an arbitration proceeding against a foreign state by securing asset attachments in Belgium;

• Representing a tech company in criminal and civil proceedings against a former employee accused of computer crimes;

• Representing a major Belgian leasing company as a civil claimant in criminal proceedings regarding a million-dollar fraud with state subventions;
