Laurent du Jardin
Laurent is specialized in distribution and competition law. He is one of the most sought-after lawyers in the automotive sector. His reputation extends to all sectors where selective distribution is practiced: watchmaking, textiles, mass retailing.
Laurent accumulates experience:
He has been a member of the Brussels Bar for 30 years, where he performs all the functions of a lawyer: opinions, contracts, litigation.
He is a professor at the Catholic University of Louvain where he has been teaching distribution law and credit law for 15 years.
He also has experience as in-house counsel: 4 years as General Counsel of Renault Belgium Luxembourg S.A. have allowed him to understand and assimilate the "clients' expectations" particularly well.
