Lily Kengen
Lily specializes in contract law and dispute resolution, including arbitration
Lily has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2016 and has developed a solid practice in civil and commercial litigation. She acts as counsel in both judicial and arbitration proceedings, handling complex disputes with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach. She also acts as arbitrator, a dual role that sharpens her strategic approach to dispute resolution.
Alongside her practice, Lily has a strong academic profile. She has been an assistant lecturer in Economic and European law at the University of Mons (2020–2024) and at the Université libre de Bruxelles (since 2023). She is also the author of several publications in the field of commercial law and arbitration.
Lily is a member of CEPANI and sits on the Steering Committee of CEPANI40. She also holds the C-Build certification from CEPANI, further strengthening her expertise in construction-related disputes.
She works in French and English.
