Ruth is part of our department in commercial law. Her practice focuses on commercial and company law, with a clear focus on litigation.
Ruth has over 10 years of experience in commercial and company law.
She specialises in commercial and company law, with a clear focus on litigation, but without losing sight of the fact that, in certain circumstances, a commercial amicable settlement is in the client's best interest.
She has already assisted several international and Belgian companies, (former) directors, shareholders, etc. involved in civil proceedings and has gained extensive experience in negotiating in the context of commercial disputes.
Clients really appreciate her thoroughness and determination, combined with a pragmatic business mindset and a genuine concern for their goals and interests.
Her working languages include Dutch, French and English.
