Victor Ouchinsky

Victor is active within the Commercial, Banking and Corporate Law departments. His practice combines both advisory and litigation work, enabling him to assist clients at every stage of legal relationships.

 
 

Since his admission to the Brussels Bar in 2020, Victor has gained significant experience in commercial litigation, banking law, and corporate/M&A law. His practice is built on the synergy between these complementary fields, allowing him to approach each transaction or dispute with a comprehensive and strategic perspective.

Building on a strong academic background, Victor brings a rigorous analytical approach to every case. Early in his career, working alongside Cédric Alter provided him with sharp instincts in insolvency law, adding valuable depth to his counsel in commercial matters.

Victor is known for his pragmatic approach and unwavering dedication to his clients' interests. He excels at translating complex legal issues into clear and effective strategies, always tailored to achieve the best possible outcome.

He works in French and English and has a good command of Dutch and Spanish.
