When lawyers in the exercise of activities intended by the law determine facts which they know or suspect to be related to money laundering or terrorist funding, they should report this immediately to the President of their Bar Association, except when their activities relate to determining the legal position of their client or defending or representing their client in connection with legal proceedings.
