In this context, he assists his clients either by building adequate corporate structures tailored to their operational needs, or by securing their continuity through effective management of their liabilities.  His expertise in this area is particularly strong with regard to SMEs and start-ups which often need assistance navigating structural and financial challenges. Furthermore, Fryderyk regularly conducts seminars on insolvency proceedings, sharing his expertise with sector-specific federations and fiduciary professionals
