A member of the Brussels Bar since 2008, Lucille joined Janson in 2014. Her practice focuses on commercial and corporate litigation, restructuring and insolvency, with particular experience in matters requiring the coordination of complex proceedings and the definition of effective procedural strategies.

Since 2013, she has regularly been appointed by the Brussels Enterprise Court as bankruptcy trustee and has handled several hundred bankruptcy proceedings. She is also appointed as liquidator, enterprise mediator and insolvency practitioner in judicial reorganisation proceedings. This experience gives her a distinctive perspective when advising companies, directors and creditors facing financial distress, restructuring or insolvency.

Lucille has developed close ties with Brussels' entrepreneurial community. Since 2015, she has advised entrepreneurs through BECI's Centre for Companies in Difficulty. She aims to be a trusted first point of contact for entrepreneurs and businesses, helping them identify risks early, make strategic decisions and, where appropriate, draw on Janson's multidisciplinary expertise.

Alongside her practice, Lucille teaches insolvency law to trainee lawyers at the Brussels Bar and is a board member and trainer at the Institut de Communication du Barreau de Bruxelles (ICBB), where she teaches public speaking, advocacy and negotiation.
