Théo is an associate in the Energy, Climate Change and Mobility department. He advises and assists stakeholders in the energy sector on energy law matters, as well as on generation permitting and environmental aspects relating to the development, operation and regulation of energy projects.

Théo is an associate with a strong academic background in public law, with a particular focus on energy, environmental and urban planning law. Since his admission to the Brussels Bar in 2025, he assists clients in understanding legal and regulatory frameworks, notably in the context of renewable energy and circular economy projects.
He has developed specific expertise in hydroelectric power plant projects and wind energy development, and has advised developers on compliance issues with the Regional Framework as well as on strategic litigation before the Council of State. He also contributed to the redaction of a book on the topic of wind energy development projects in Wallonia. His academic specialization strengthens his ability to provide nuanced legal analysis.
