Delphine is an associate at Janson, specialising in commercial contracts and litigation, with a focus on distribution law, construction law and real estate. She advises and represents Belgian and international clients in complex commercial disputes, including cross-border and multi-party proceedings.

She advises clients throughout the entire lifecycle of their commercial relationships, from the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements to their implementation and termination. Her litigation practice has a particular focus on construction and distribution disputes.

• Advising Belgian and international companies on the drafting, negotiation, performance and termination of distribution, commercial agency, franchise and other commercial agreements

• Assisting clients in disputes relating to the termination and performance of distribution and other long-term commercial relationships

• Representing and advising a major automotive manufacturer in connection with the termination of its dealership agreement with one of its largest dealers

• Representing Belgian and international companies in complex commercial disputes before Belgian courts, including cross-border and multi-party proceedings

• Representing one of Belgium's largest construction companies in a multi-million-euro liability dispute concerning a major construction project in Brussels involving numerous Belgian and international parties

• Representing an international building equipment distributor in several proceedings in Belgium and Luxembourg concerning allegedly defective construction materials and multi-million-euro claims relating to numerous construction sites

• Representing an international distribution company in complex proceedings concerning an allegedly defective sprinkler system in a newly built warehouse, involving the manufacturer, main contractor, subcontractors and insurers
